Second ChanceI love every story in the Whiskey Run series’s。 This one made me so happy because Nash and Emery belong together and need a second chance to get it right。 So well-written that the reader becomes a resident of Whiskey Run and neighboring Jasper。 The characters are our friends。 Comfortable and inviting。

This was a really good book， i enjoyed the storyline and the bringing back together a relationship that was never truly over。 Nash and Emery were made for each other， their love and the chemistry made that shine through。 This is a must read。

I really want to give this book 3 stars but I can’t do Hope like that， especially because the problems with the book are more on me than her。 I don’t mind second chance romance books， as long as the couple hasn’t gotten divorce。 Unfortunately that is the case with this book。 It’s probably my own childhood trauma， but it takes so many steps for a divorce to go through that the idea that Nash just said “okay” and walked away for a year doesn’t sit right with me。 I also didn’t like that he stepped I really want to give this book 3 stars but I can’t do Hope like that， especially because the problems with the book are more on me than her。 I don’t mind second chance romance books， as long as the couple hasn’t gotten divorce。 Unfortunately that is the case with this book。 It’s probably my own childhood trauma， but it takes so many steps for a divorce to go through that the idea that Nash just said “okay” and walked away for a year doesn’t sit right with me。 I also didn’t like that he stepped down at his job in the very beginning of the book， but didn’t tell Emery until the very end。 Things could’ve gone a lot smoother for both of them， had they communicated which seemed to be a problem in their first marriage to begin with。 Regardless， I’m a huge fan of Hope’s writing and I can’t believe I have to wait another month before the last book in this series comes out。 。。。more
